David Insurance Consultants was established in 1969 and the present partners, Grahame Ellis and Michael Shakespeare took over the Company in 1980. We have staff of four and between us have considerable experience and knowledge of the Insurance Market.
We are dedicated to assure the complete satisfaction of all our customer requirements in all aspects of our business. We have built up a solid reputation within the Insurance Industry and with the General Public and this has been maintained by many years of consistent service and value. We pride ourselves on our service, and will continue to make further improvements, wherever necessary. To help in this aim, we undertake to carry out all aspects of the Company's operations using up to date methods and techniques. Under these criteria, all facets of the business are carried out in line with agreed procedures which seek to produce a consistency and efficiency that is in the combined interests of our staff, our customers, and the Company as a whole. It is our aim to deal with all problems that relate to any aspect of our responsibilities quickly, professionally, and where possible to take steps to evolve our systems to minimise the chances of recurrence.
It is essential that we operate on a firm financial footing and we are in business to make a profit. Within this principle it is our aim to operate within a moral and legal framework that ensures our contribution to society and makes us an excellent company to deal with.
Claims Service: In the event of a claim, we will guide you through the process and do as much for you as possible. Most Insurance Companies do not require a completed claim form and operate a telephone claim reporting and service line. However, sometimes, insurance companies do not deal with claims as efficiently or as fairly as you feel they ought to. Because we are independent and act for you, we are here to intervene if you feel your claim is not being dealt with to your satisfaction. We have access to several specialist claims advisors who, in the event of dispute or disagreement, will offer their advice at no extra cost to yourself.
Payment Options: We offer flexible payment options for all Policies and we will always try to accommodate our Client’s wishes.
