How To Make A Claim

Motor Accident

Check that nobody is injured

If you have had a motor accident, we understand that it can be a traumatic experience.  In the first instance, put the health and wellbeing of all people concerned above all else.

Call the emergency services if the accident is serious.  They will take the names and contact details of all people involved in the incident.

If nobody is injured and the accident is less serious then you will need to take full information from the other parties involved (name, address, vehicle registration number, telephone number and insurer details if to hand).  Do this at the scene making sure that you take the names and contact details of any witnesses.  Do not admit liability.
